Janie joined the Art Group in 2016 and is an enthusiastic participant. Her favourite medium is watercolour and pen and wash, and she is a recent convert to soft pastels. Janie admires and has been tutored by John Hoar, John Tookey, Steve Hall and Alvaro Castagnet; she is also a fan of the dramatic pastel work of Tony Allain.
